Guest Check-In & Room/Property Agreement

By signing below, I confirm the following:

1. This booking is for the specific room stated above only. It does not include exclusive use of the entire property; other rooms and shared/common areas may be occupied or used by other guests or the host.
2. I am the individual who made this booking (or authorised to check in on the lead guest's behalf), and the details above are accurate.
3. I have inspected, or will inspect on arrival, the condition of the room/property, and will report any pre-existing damage or issues to the host within 30 minutes of check-in. Absent such notice, the property will be treated as received in good condition.
4. I agree to take reasonable care of the property, its furnishings, fixtures, and contents during my stay, and to use it only for lawful purposes consistent with the booking.
5. I agree that I am personally responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage to the property or its contents caused by myself or any member of my party or visitors during the stay, beyond fair wear and tear.
6. I understand that the cost of repair or replacement for any such damage may be charged to me directly, and/or claimed through the applicable booking platform's Host Guarantee / Damage Protection process, and/or via the payment method used to make this booking.
7. I agree to notify the host promptly of any damage, breakage, or accident occurring during my stay, rather than leaving without reporting it.
8. I understand that smoking, unauthorised parties/events, and exceeding the declared number of guests are not permitted and may result in additional charges.
9. Nothing in this agreement affects my statutory rights, or the terms agreed directly through Airbnb / Booking.com at the time of booking.
10. This room is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 persons. I understand that completing this form is a condition of check-in, and that if I do not complete it, the host reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled in line with the applicable platform's cancellation policy.
11. The host reserves the right to verify my identity in person at check-in (e.g. by inspecting my original ID document), in addition to or instead of the details submitted on this form.
12. I understand that failure to comply with these terms — including providing accurate ID verification, keeping to the maximum occupancy, or any other term of this agreement — gives the host the right to check me out of the room/property immediately, without refund.
